Thank you for the recommendations last week for a real estate agent (posted on local social media) I went with Linda at Professionals, she had a list of buyers waiting for a property to come onto the market, and presented offers within 2 days and contracts to sell at the price i wanted.
She replied to emails super quick and even on Sundays! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
